Idle Control Motor October 21, 2016, 01:59:42 PM I have a idle problem, too fast when weather is cold and fluctuations of idle speed on first cranking, sometimes high idle kicks off real soon other times it takes too long even when the engine is hot. I put on a new ICM when I tuned up the car, when I unplug the ICM when car is running there is no difference in idle at all, what the heck is wrong with my Cougar, please help! Quote Selected
