clutch hydraulic lines question

New to posting here, and I may have read everything in here on clutch hydraulic lines. I have a 94 cougar I put a m5r out of an 89 SC. Everything was fine till I had it rebuilt and was putting it back in. Now the stupid quick connect fitting is leaking, very little, just enough to keep the clutch from fully disengaging. My question is should I  use a -4an or -3an line. going to put in a set of one of this(  http://www.jegs.com/i/Russell/799/640281/10002/-1  or  http://www.jegs.com/i/Russell/799/641001/10002/-1  ) Will I get enough flow with the -3an?

Ok, I'm going with the -4an, hose ID is 1/4 of inch. New question, has anyone ever got the roll pin, in the slave, out and back in without separating the motor from trans?
