Look at this gem I'm buying! 86 Turbo Coupe, super nice!

I've talked to my friend on and off for about six years about selling me this car. He's finally ready to let it go. He bought it in 1990 and it's been kept in his garage. 63K miles!!!

I'M STOKED!

It's bone stock. I know money can make anything fast but what would y'all suggest for budget minded mods? I'm thinking an intercooler, down pipe, cat delete, exhaust, intake, tune. I think there's some kind of cam that can be had for reasonable cost. 4:10s????

Wow! That is super nice- there are quite a few builds on here that can give you a few ideas.

As nice as it is, I'd be tempted to keep it close to stock.  But that's just me....

Great find!

I don't think I can do that. My ultimate dream would be a twin turbo Coyote 5.0 with a six speed.... Probably be more like a 351W with a 5 speed TKO... Maybe.

Very nice ride!! When you get it home, would you PLEASE take some pics of the vacuum lines and the ecletrical solenoid in the most upper portion next to the firewall in the passenger side for me. I have some broken vac line and not sure how/where they hook up. Thanks and again, that a sweet surviving ride!

I could probably do that for you if he can not.    My 86 TC is bone stock.

It sure is! I've wanted this car since the first time I seen it 6 years ago. I'm finally going to get it!
