ever get junk mail you wish you had time to act on? DISH NETWORK

so dish sent me a letter that in very short.... informs me that If I don't "opt out" within 30days I am agreeing with their notification.

I would believe that all subscribers got this same "notice"

the letter in a nutshell basically says that I agree to not take them to a formal court again, rather arbitrate within my town or by teleconference etc.  They indicate they give within the body of the letter 3 days assumed mail delivery before the clock starts ticking , today is 12 sept.  The letter is dated 6sept!!!!!!

aside from all the caveats and virtual immunity from being sued again, they whittle away at indicating that other forms of notification such as face book, twitter, a text, a commercial or any and all known forms of communications will in effect hold me in agreement with their terms if I do not "opt out" within 30 days.

they have went as far as to say other forms of acceptance are "use of service" and no opt out notice received is confirmation that I agree with their terms.

They explain the "survivorship" of this notice is indefinite and never to expire.

so,, I thought about it,,  they tell me to "in writing" opt out or use a web site they manage (LOL) to opt out and it hit me........................................

they did not say anything about language.

so I am looking for **RAREST** spoken tongue on planet earth currently which I can hand write my response to them and to include this .......

"lack of acknowledgement from dish network within 30 days constitutes your agreement to my terms which make effective immediately my services being of no monthly fee and my existing services I currently have shall be at no charge to me. "

as a matter of fact maybe my communications to them via twitter will be the way I communicate using their exact same tactic against them.
Perhaps I could text them or tweet them or twitter them in this rare language and set their clock to ticking.

You could try Gaelic. I think they still speak it in remote areas of Scotland and Cape Breton, Nova Scotia.

I can't see how a bulk mail campaign would constitute a legal, binding dospoogeent. They can't claim you agreed to something they can't prove you received.

The sparsest wording I can think of rhymes exactly with the phrase shag off.

How 'bout sending several letters in different languages??? Not all at one time but one every two or three days...

You could say "If you think I'm going to agree to this bovine effluent, you're just exercising your buttstuff orifice"...

I don't believe any correspondence that is litigious in nature can be sent via standard mail. It has to be certified. They can't prove you ever received it otherwise.

Ya know, I get junk mail from DUMB..errr, I mean Dish network about once a week. It's usually cleverly designed to look like a bill or statement, and it always goes into the burn pile.

However, rather than waste trees, I'd much rather open it, use it "another" way, then carefully package it in the return envelope and let 'em have it back.

The only thing is...I'm not so sure my asshole could tolerate having their ink smeared upon it in the first step. I mean, they send me shiznit, why can't I send them shiznit in return?

The bad thing is, they've also been sending me stuff in my grandpa's name. He's been gone 7 and a half years now. Dish is, quite bluntly, a bunch of shaging spammers.

Pardon my french. I'm about fed up with the half-wits. Post #3 sums it up. Again, apologies for my language.

One of my friends used to save this stuff for awhile, then about once a month send Dish Direct TV's solicitation, Master Card the Visa application, etc...
