Hooray for road salt! Reply #2 – June 26, 2015, 08:37:49 PM I'd almost be willing to buy that, license it, drive it till it fell apart or blew up, and then...find a 4 eye Bird and start swapping stuff.. Quote Selected

Hooray for road salt! Reply #8 – June 27, 2015, 09:04:26 AM Needs paint. Seriously though, the interior, especially the dash is worth the asking price.Says the guy with 4 birds at the moment... Quote Selected
Hooray for road salt! Reply #9 – June 27, 2015, 09:14:50 AM I didn't realize that there were two rows of pics, and I got a better look at it. The parts are greater than the sum on this one. Quick math, there's $1k worth of EASY parts and another $200 for the rusty shell at the syard. Not to mention this has the small steering wheel with the cougar horn button, which is apparently as rare as a stylish mullet.Would be a good project for my son to make some summer cash. No time to even look at it tho.. Quote Selected

Hooray for road salt! Reply #11 – June 27, 2015, 09:02:17 PM I think the raven leather seats of the XR7 and TC are some of the most attractive of any car at any price. The interior in this car is gorgeous! Quote Selected
Hooray for road salt! Reply #12 – June 28, 2015, 08:49:02 AM has a rather sad story in it,, poor car is still ready to go but the owner isn't.has an interesting paint line on the outside,, different.I agree that's a 500$ car all day long,,, would take some serious person to rework it back to the state inspections we have now. Hooray for road salt! Reply #14 – June 28, 2015, 11:41:44 AM I think a vehicle would need to corrode at least 50% of the entirety of the sheetmetal for Jerry to turn it down as unsavable. He's very much a philosopher, and like the Ship Of Theseus, you would then be replacing so much that it's not the same Cougar anymore. Quote Selected
