Wife put her foot down

My wife wanted a new vehicle for the past few weeks so she told me not to buy anything fast or loud. Now we got rid of our other car and she told me we need a big SUV  for vacations and the grand kids stuff and to haul stuff. And nothing speedy loud or anything with a stick. So i told her how about a JEEP. Now you are talking she said they are not fast or loud. So here it is a Jeep and she loves it and so do I. She did mention that it was PEPPY and a bit loud in the exhaust. And also asked me why it was so low to the ground compared to other jeeps she looked at. Told her jeeps have a loud exhaust system and they were peppy because they were fuel injected. And the springs were to light on this model. She looked at me funny and said all cars are fuel injected and jeeps are much higher than this one whats up. Nothing i said do you like it. She said yes but it was very peppy she said again wit a strange look on her face. I think she knew something was up but she was not sure yet . SRT8 WOW this thing is OUTRAGEOUS AND FAST AS HELL. LOL !!! Uh....... Tom ......... I'd remove that emblem REALLY quick and any others that say the same thing. Also, tell her it's a 2WD................

Tom, remember, It's always better to ask forgiveness than permission.  I agree with 1badbird, remove the emblems and enjoy the ride.  It is a beautiful vehicle.

Go Fast the first time.  The tickets the same.

Really a vehicle that can handle higher speeds (braking and stability) should be safer than one that can't. Better to have the ability to go fast and not use it than to not have it at all right? It tows, hauls, relatively quiet, both of you like it. Well played I say.

Thank you the truck is aw-sum. brembro brakes Recaro and many more. And  a HEMI. 425 Hp and 440 Ft lbs of twist. And you guys are correct. As a mail i do do a lot of BEGGING.  have a great weekend guys

Here is me and DANNY my wife arguing over which car to take. She will not let me drive the new JEEP. DAM just when i thought i fooled her. have a great day guys

Haha! Nice work. I would love to do the same thing, but my wife would never trust me to buy her car for her. lol.

Nice jeep, I bet it will move on out with that big ole Hemi.  The wife and I just bought a Cherokee Trailhawk (the smaller,l uglier one, lol) last week.  Its a nice vehicle so far.
