87 5.0 oil leak July 06, 2014, 09:05:30 PM So my 87 5.0 bird is leaking oil from what looks to be the back of the timing cover but really it looks farther back than that, where is the oil pressure switch I'm hoping it that because I don't feel like doing the timing cover ...here's a short video real short I thought I recorded more https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=tKj7KDilIOo...any thoughts Quote Selected
87 5.0 oil leak Reply #1 – July 06, 2014, 10:00:14 PM Oil sending unit is the round thing behind the power steering pump next to the timing chain cover. You're looking dead at it in the vid. Quote Selected

I bought the part from O'Reilly there computer said without gauge without digital dash but I used it anyway and it seems to be fine, 6$ & my oil leak is, fixed Quote Selected
