Stang,  Here is what I can recall of the top of my head in reference to the cam. It is a crane piece ground on a 114 centerline with a single .609 lift pattern. It was ground with 2 degrees of advance into it. It's actually a great nitrous cam. I'll dig up the rest of the details on it today.

CAT is the manufacturer brand. I think they were sold through the old PA warehouse monster catalog.
I'll have to dig out an old ford racing catalog when I get home from work for the part number. I believe Ford discontinued the radiator last year.

I'll do some diving over the weekend to see if I can fill your wish list.
