Mustang 11" front rotor interchange?

I'm getting ready to put 87/88 TC front brakes on my Cougar while doing a-arms and struts, but cant seem to find any new rotors easily.  If I can use mustang rotors, what years would I need them to be from.  The Cougar doesn't have ABS so that's not an issue.  Thanks.

I honestly dont think you could exceed the cost of a new car buy installing new *stock* parts everywhere in your coug our tbird. Its just plain impossible. You could revamp the entire drivetrain/engine/suspenstion and still come out ahead.

Thanks Haystack!

Turbocoupe50, this car is staying 4 lug.  I may swap another car to 5 lug, but that would end up with cobra brakes, since I have everything except spindles for that swap.

I have a set of TC rotors here somewhere...they're the same as the '87 and up Stang 5.0 parts, except they have the ABS ring inside. Not an issue, it won't do or hurt anything. I had them on my Sport before i went 5 lug. Might even have a set of nearly brand new performance front brake pads, also. Got them at Carquest, and paid around 90 bucks for the set...

Let me locate them, and you can pay shipping on them. If they are satisfactory for ya, we can agree on a price later...I was going to use them for a 2.3 Mustang to 5.0 conversion, but I bought a whole parts car instead, so they're just excess parts now and I need to clear stuff out. Let me know what you decide. I can get some pics too, if you'd prefer. :)

picked up rotors already.  They were in stock at Advance auto parts 10 miles away.  Front end is being torn apart right now!  My cougar is an 86 so no abs anyway.
