Congratulations on the weight loss; that is an outstanding accomplishment. The coming challenge is keeping it off, so stay with it and maintain a proper diet. I lost 60 lbs in 2006 and I've kept it off since then, but it requires dedication, as I'm sure you know.

Welcome back.

Dang, how'd you lose the weight? I lost 70lbs on the Atkins diet a long time ago, but I gained it all back when I quit the diet...

I honestly dont think you could exceed the cost of a new car buy installing new *stock* parts everywhere in your coug our tbird. Its just plain impossible. You could revamp the entire drivetrain/engine/suspenstion and still come out ahead.
