Mystery Solved!!!!

Well we finally got a signed work order on the GUTLESS MUSTANG 302. As i thought the cam was retarded a great amount indicated by the low compression readings across the board. Here is some photos





Note below the washer split in 2 and retarded the timing on the cam by 7*app. This is what i thought. The customer lied to me as the car was not 100* stock as he claimed. It has a cloyes adjustable cam gear, The washer split and it rolled back the cam timing as i mentioned before. This is a clear example of what i always say about aftermarket garbage parts. I will install a hardened pin that i ground to size with the  cam advance 6* to increase bottom end torque. Just wanted to post back on what i found on the NO POWER 302.

The damper was also changed to a PRO STREET UNIT of the proper counter balance as well. It never fails to amaze me that so many of these aftermarket parts are GARBAGE, Also expensive Garbage to BOOT!!! Thanks

I kind of had the same issue with my balance, took awhile to track down.
88 Turbocoupe: Coast High Performance 331 kit 28oz balance, Comp XE264HR14 cam, 58cc 185 afr heads, 1.7 roller rockers, Mass-Flo EFI (was POS to setup and their techline is a joke at best)
Full 1 5/8 primary equal length headers, 2 1/2 exhaust, Full manual reverse VB c4 and baked off clear coat "BECAUSE RACECAR"
