Rear control arm bushings

Hi guys.
I'm looking for new PUR bushings for rear control arms. I've found these two kits from Energy Suspension and I'm a bit confused. Which one do I need? Both are marked as compatible with 80-88 T-Bird, but the pictures are different.

Are those for the upper or lower? I would stay away from poly if it where me depending on what you are doing with the car.

Some have oval and some have round bushings. Check the lowers to see what you have in your car.

Here is one of my modified lower control arms. They work great. This particular arm has an oval end.

NOTE some say that you should not use a full set of poli in the upper arms. I do believe a binding condition can result. But never had an issue with it personally. But the lower arm below is completely boxed and with a little work with a spark machine can result in a very good setup lower and upper set of arms at a greatly reduced price than aftermarket stuff. Hope this helps!!

I had imagined a solution to binding polys, but I could never find the right tube type needle bearing to try it with.
