Will not stay running on cold start

1987 Mercury Cougar XR7 5.0, she will not stay running on cold start. I have replaced almost everything, O2's,egr solenold, tab and tad, distribitor, plugs and wires, cap and rotor, fuel pump, fuel filter, FPR, TPS, T/A , thermstat, radiator, waterpump and timing cover, all new parts with in 1 to 3 years ,93 octane from date of birth and oil change every 3,000. She has 175,800 miles and has been a great car but she has not been driven much maybe once a week. She will run great when warm just when she is started for the first time cold it is hard to keep her running. I have run codes and fix and cleared still having the problems. I do not see an thing wrong with vacuum lines and see no holes or hear any leaks. Some mods that have been done is 3" flowmaster from motor to tip and high flow air filter and this was done about 9 years ago. Any ideas on this would be great. Thank you

I honestly dont think you could exceed the cost of a new car buy installing new *stock* parts everywhere in your coug our tbird. Its just plain impossible. You could revamp the entire drivetrain/engine/suspenstion and still come out ahead.
