get off my dick, you apparantly didnt research  because you came here asking a very uneducated question, showing that you did no research, because there is no knowledge in your question

there is no quick answer, there is no easy way, do your homework, just asking us stupid questions is wasting our time, and your time
It's Gumby's fault.

Are you wanting one big turbo or two smaller turbos?

With two smaller one you could use the chrysler turbos on the factory headers.

You take the headers swap them side to side. Then flip them upside down. Now you have a good starteing points. The reason I say use the chrysler turbos is becasuse they have the same ball and socket that you headers have. Plus the boost comes on low and runs out at about 4500rpm and won't make alot of boost.

Now you need to find a way to cool the intake temp. You have two way to do this that I know of
1: intercooler
2: alcohol & water injection

Then you need to find a way to run the exhaust and intake to throught the engine bay.

Thats all I know.

actually, the chrysler turbos use their own s, and generally arnt the best choice, because you either have to source or make your own s, and they use their own swingvalves, they can be changed, but it still costs you money finding one for T3's
It's Gumby's fault.

I ave been thinking about the swap for awile and this was the info that I had found so far. When I was looking in the garage I found a head intake and turbo from a Omni GLH sitting there and just eye balled it and it looked close. So I was going to see how much work was involve in it. Now the only problem for me is to actual get off my ass and try my ideas. I think there is someone out there that makes an exhaust log for the 5.0 to use a square  turbo not sure. I haven't looked at the link that cougarman posted yet.

turbomustangs.com is a forum for guys who build mostly V8 turbo stangs, some serious numbers out there

i actually have a bunch of parts from a turbo dodge, i dont have a turbo, but i have a manifold, and the  isnt quite square, the bolts dont make a perfect rectangle, they did it that way so you could only run specific turbos on the cars, for some odd reason

ive been looking into this for a few years now, the thing limiting me is money

Like I said hostility :disappoin

As far as whetether or not you will do damage, that depends on your setup and how much boost you are goona run.  There is no clear cut answer because there are many diiferent ways turbo the 5.0.  Single, twin, intercooled, non-intercooled......
The link listed below is a brief overview on turbocharging basics.  It's a good place too start.

just go over to turbomustangs.com. There is all the info that you could ever want there. All that you have to do is look around. There are some people there makeing some crazy power. Honestly I think you should have to pass a compancy test so we get less of these. I normally dont care. but some of us need to calm down alittle.

I honestly dont think you could exceed the cost of a new car buy installing new *stock* parts everywhere in your coug our tbird. Its just plain impossible. You could revamp the entire drivetrain/engine/suspenstion and still come out ahead.
