1982 Ford Thunderbird Town Landau

Hi.
I am Gasper and this is my 82 TBird Town Landau.
In 2008 the car was exported from Toronto... imported to Slovenia.
I bought it a year ago.

4.2L V8 (255 cui), automatic overdrive, cruise control, power windows, automatic temperature control system, automatic parking brake release,
tilt steering wheel, town landau vinyl roof, 175k km(108k miles) on odometer,...

Gasper, is it legal in Slovenia to have amber side markers and red turn signals? In the Czech republic it isn't (but cops don't penalize it).

Amber side markers and red turn signals are legal... because it is oldtimer.

TBird isn't so clean... needs some body work.

Wow, sure looks clean from the pictures!  It's a shame about the 255 though, lol.  Any plans for an upgrade?

Great lookin bird! any details on what the box to the left of the steering column is? Have you added it to the Thunderbird Registry yet? Have you looked for a build sheet in the car? On my 82 it was under the drivers seat bottom and in rough shape but in my 1980's one was under the rear seat bottom and the other behind the rear seat back and were both in great condition.

In 'Death Wish' (1982) Starring Charles Bronson, he drives an 82 bird the same colour as yours. My gf's grandma informed us of this fact lol You can watch the movie on youtube.

Right on, glad you found the build sheet and sent it to John at the registry. The more info we can gather on these cars the better. I registered the black 82 landau today as well.

Where in you car did you find the build sheet?
