The only thing wrong with the pics of the new garage, which looks great by the way, is the Bird isn't in any of them........ LOL

I thought about a 32' wide garage so I could have a three car but I would have no back yard. The problem with living in the city is that you only have 48'wide lots ;)

The T-bird is now in the garage, under a cover. I dusted/polished/waxed it today.

Then you would have no mower to store or maintain, freeing up time and money for that third car you could have fit!!  ;)

Looks good Lou! I might be buying my Aunt's house and it has a 3 car block garage. I'll be so excited to have a real garage for once!

Things I shouldn't put in the basp00get, like a lawn mower. I don't want to carry it up the stairs:hick:.

Brick garages are nice and fairly strong. My parents have a 22'x20' 2 car brick garage that was built when their house was (1953) and it's still in great shape and looks new. They tend to hold up better over time than frame garages. The problem is they cost a whole lot more to build. A lot more. Like twice as much as a frame garage.
