I'm always in pain. Doesn't do any good for me to piss and moan though.

I have found that a heating pad, and a coupla beers about bedtime does as much good as anything else. Still, most days it takes a few minutes before I can walk without limping or stumbling after I get out of bed.
My ankles, feet, and back are almost always sore and stiff. Sounds like a car load of kids popping bubble wrap when I get my feet on the floor..lol

Im 21 and I unload/ breakdown truck shipments 5 days a week. Plus do alot of stupid heavy lifting here in the garage. I wake up in the mornings and get out of bed and about fall on my facecause either my knees have locked up or my feet dont quite wanna function right lol

But its also not a very uncommon thing to see me winging around engine blocks either.. or lifting 8.8 rear ends up on benches or manhandling t5's and aod's wherever they need to go. I remember one time I didnt have a jack around and had to drop an a4ld out of a mustang by hand... man that was a real pain guess they need to re-name them to "one heavy useless 4speed auto tranny" orrr 1HU4AT

I cant wait for easter my youngest neice will be hunting eggs for the first time. and Im mostlikely going to be the one hiding them boogers and thats 99% of the fun for me.

Well, I'm starting to get excited!

try working in a quarry, picking up rock that weighs up to and beyond 100# continuously for 8 hour a day.  when I bend down I almost need help getting back up and when I twist my spine grinds and my chest pops.  and I'm only 28.

Are you in jail busting rocks with a pick??  ;)
