Need help FAST !!!!! FIXED !!!! Reply #302 – November 12, 2011, 04:57:50 PM I think I have the wiring mostly done. Now for the inner lights. There are three wires...two black and one white. The wires from the harness (2 of them) are black, and brown. Now, with the three wires from the inner light....Do I connect the white wire from the socket to the brown wire in the harness, and then one black wire to the harness black wire? Quote Selected
Need help FAST !!!!! FIXED !!!! Reply #303 – November 12, 2011, 05:00:38 PM Quote from: TOM Renzo;372728Vinnie the 1157 lamp has a double filament. Dims and brake/signal. One filament is brighter than the other just use one of those wires. It is just for testing purposes. If the lamp is duller then use the other wire. Just leave one hanging in the BREEZE!! Normally the red wire is the signal/brake and the black is the dims or parking lights.I don't have those color options. I have a brown wire and a black wire from the harness, and two black wires and a white wire from the socket. Quote Selected
Need help FAST !!!!! FIXED !!!! Reply #304 – November 12, 2011, 05:03:52 PM the inner socket's positive wires.. 1 is the 'parking lamp,' the other is for turn signal/brake light.. you can bridge the signal/brake light wire to the center socket's signal/brake light wire and all 3 lights will still light up when you use your turn signal or when you hit the brakes Quote Selected
Need help FAST !!!!! FIXED !!!! Reply #305 – November 12, 2011, 05:06:39 PM Just omit the green wire from your red/green/black/white combo. The green wire feeds the innermost light, so omitting it will make that light revert to park only. Quote Selected
Need help FAST !!!!! FIXED !!!! Reply #306 – November 12, 2011, 05:06:47 PM SO, do you mean put the two black wires from the socket end to the black wire in the harness, then the white wire from the socket to the brown wire in the harness?Awaiting confirmation.......... Quote Selected

A fellow member has a kit like mine that I'm going to get and re-install once this is past me. I'm going back to stock right now. I have another trunk harness I'll graft in before the sequencer kit I'm getting goes in. Quote Selected
