i saw this on ebay...what is this for?

nascar front clips dont have headlight cutouts do they? that looks like some other kind of spoiler / airdam for another kind of raceing

That's exactly what it is. , I haven't seen one of those in a looooooooong time. Back in the day, that was the "new" thing if you outgrew your colored LeBra front end cover. ;)

I don't ever remember seeing them for the Cougar front end. JC Whitney sold them, for sure, and I think Sears did too. Honestly I don't ever remember seeing them in person on a car; just knew that they were available. Things were weird back then. I still have a pair of black LeBra MIRROR covers. Because you had to have them to match the LeBra on the front end. ;)

LMAO, you've gotta bring one of the cars to the next CJ in matching LeBra and mirror covers  :giggle: The ugliness would be so worth the laugh.

I'll probably be showing up with a bra on the bird, but it's coming off when I get there. Those rocks take a toll on t/c header panels...
