3G upgrade

I did the 3G Alternator upgrade (well not quite done - waiting on a fuse for the upgraded charging wire).

I used the wiring diagram in the sticky...I thought I would share a photo sense I have been lurking around out here for a few months.

Nice job. Looks great. That was an upgrade I did years ago. Glad I did it. You will be,too.

I'll be doing this upgrade, as soon as I get my hands on a 3g!

Actually I have a 3g here, going to try and replace the regulator, for $20 worth a shot!

I'm anxiously awaiting this.  I have a 3g but it's from a dodge neon and it sat so long it won't spin lol

Do you guys run a separate ground to the alternator with this upgrade or just assume the factory block ground is good enough?

I did the upgrade on two different cars and  I did not add an extra ground wire.
Fox-less at the moment
