Soon to be twelve second cougar (paint scheme)

This is how i plan on painting it i know its horrible but you get the idea. The only difference is there will be a silver pin stripe separating the two colors and a 4 inch cowl hood tell me what you guys think.:burnout:

Is there a crease in the rear quarter that follows the window line? By following that body line, I think it simulates a vinyl top look???

Id try to do something extra with the pinstripe, to avoid that hard separation. MM&FF did a white coupe with a pinstripe that thickened out to a flag type design. Not saying copy that, just do something with the color change other than a pinstripe.

I dunno... Ive never been a design guy, just my .01, ie not worth two cents.

Yeah, just saw a two tone in the banner, i like the straight separation, without following the window line. I think your idea will make it look fat in the back.

I see what your saying but there is a bodyline that i will follow all the way back you can see it in the picture on this post. the picture above you cant see it at all. its in the link.http://www.cardomain.com/ride/3800848/1985-mercury-cougar you can see it on this car

I free handed a cowl hood it doesnt look bad.
