you can use the 351 swap headers no problems

P heads have a funky plug angle. The only headers I found when looking at it were the BBk's. No idea how they'll work out.

FRPP makes a 302 GT40P swap header (which I run) as well.

I wouldn't bother running GT40Ps on a 351W. They are ok on a 302 but they don't flow nearly enough air for a 351W.
88 Thunderbird LX: 306, Edelbrock Performer heads, Comp 266HR cam, Edelbrock Performer RPM intake, bunch of other stuff.

With porting, 1.94s, and 1.54s they would be fine for a mild motors. And if you're going from stock E7s or E5s, they're a big improvement. Not everyone can afford after market heads. But be careful, having oversized valves installed and porting can cost more than after market heads. It's just cheaper for someone like me cause I did it for a living and I still have resorces to a shop to do my own work.

Another problem with GT40Ps on a 351W is the bolt hole size. All GT40P heads were installed on 302s so they all have 7/16" bolt holes. They need to be bored out to 1/2" holes for 351Ws. By the time you factor in the cost to port and machine the GT40P heads you could buy a set of aftermarket aluminum heads that flow better out of the box.

Oh and why am I running GT40P heads? Well I got a brand new, in the box from Ford, pair of heads for $400 ;).
