Screw the banner pics... I rather not see them at all than to only see them paired up Tbird/Cougar without giving opportunity to others who have Tbird and want their pics up but don't have a Cougar to pair it with.

And I'd rather not take a lot of my valuable time making them either, believe me.

Honest to God, I've never seen people be more pissy than when their car isn't in the banner. It's a free service, people. I make zero dinero on the banners. All I strive for is parity among the car types.

But I guess that's just not good enough, is it?

Geez sorry, I didn't realize you were so put out by doing such a nice thing that would be all inclusive for everyone who enjoys the site.

If people around here didn't sap the life out of doing something nice, there really wouldn't be an issue.

I'm done with the banners. Find someone else to do them. Obviously there's a faction that thinks I did a shiznitty job. Well, door's open.

I thought that they were rather cool at first, but then I lost interest, and not because my car(s) weren't in it...it's impossible for me to care any less who sees my car, whether it's on a webpage or in person. Most of the time I don't want to look at it, and on that note:
After all we've gone through, the downtime...people want to piss and moan about a pic of their car? C'mon...just a couple days ago this place was floating and we were without...now you wanna nitpick?

As if we don't or can't see the cars anytime we want.
Or else we get 3 pages of the same ole engine in every other thread about gt40p heads or explorer intakes.

You give someone the world, and they want the whole  universe too...

I always like the cars up top.It makes the forum more personal. I think we should have them.If someone gets a little bitchy, let them get bitchy. They will either get over it or they won't.

Dude, that was pretty rude, especially after people donated money to get this site back, and running again.....

Dan, thanks for posting the pics.  Very cool that you can attend a lot of the shows.  The pics are great for us that can't be there.

Dan and Paula, You guys always have nice pics to share. I guess something got mixed up with this banner talk getting in here. I like the banner and I think you do a great job with it Eric.

What jackwagon ruined it for the rest of us?  I like the banner and one day dreamed of having my car up there.  I also like looking at the other cars. I think it was a nice touch.
