I wish these people realized that the market for these cars inst the same for other low mileage cars. Still is an amazing example of a TC. I hope someone gets to enjoy it.

I heard it comes with a gas tank full of 1988 Scotch.
My car is a gravity hybrid.  The gasoline engine gets me up the hills, and gravity gets me down.

IMO it is only a matter of time before these cars become more of the valuable collecters cars.

I have heard countless stories from my dad's buddies about all of the late 60's Mustangs and Camaros that they junked because it was cheaper then to buy another one than to fix the one they had broken. Sound familiar?

But go out today and try to buy a '69 Mustang fastback even one that is trash has a price tag on it like there is gold bars under the seat. These guys with these low mileage cars just need to stick them back in the garage for a couple more years. :D

I've said it before: These cars will never appreciate like Mustangs and Camaros do. Mustangs and Camaros were (to most people) more desirable when new (even though they were cheaper than T-Birds and Monte Carlos), and desirable when new generally means desirable when old.

Very nice.  It has all the factory options I would want also!  I'm tempted, but it would be a shame to drive it now.  I don't want a garage queen!

At the rate they're getting sped, about 10-15 years they'll become desireable

You hit the nail on the head.  Look at what people are willing to pay for a 65/66 stang fastback.  Its pure insanity to say the least.  Sadly these cars will only be highly collectible to the T-bird/Cougar enthusiasts.  I just don't see a market upswing coming on em.  Just my .02

I don't know if comparing a 44 year old car to a 22 year old car is a fair comparison. :D
