After a 8 year hibernation...

...she finally sees the light of day again.  havent had her out since 2002 for various reasons, but this weekend with the help of my brother, Bryan, we installed the new gas tank and fuel pump and fired her up. started on the 2nd try. idled a bit and backed her out of her cozy garage space and into the light. i dont remember what year i became a member here, but i know it hasnt been seen by anyone other than a few pics took as she sat waiting for the new tank. so here she is out, with cover removed and very dusty and now 539 miles!...lol. may make a few shows this fall........

p.s......yes that is a dent and peeled paint in the 2nd pic of the left side. compliments of my wife back in'99. she felt bad about it, but i still love her....:)

Very cool!  Were the ground effects a dealer add on?  I don't see it on the window sticker.  Great to see one in pristine shape.

It's an 87, was it 88 where they had black highlights in the front lower corners of the bumper cover?  It might be different on a car with the ground effects.

Awesome!!!
