headlight question

So I was wondering if anyone out there knew if the headlights from the same year mustangs like 87, 88, ... worked on the Thunderbirds. They look extremely close. If so I found some aftermarket one piece headlights. thanks,

Nope.'87/'88 Thunderbirds are unique to themselves. No other lights are a bolt on.
'88 Sport--T-5,MGW shifter,Trick Flow R intake,Ed Curtis cam,Trick Flow heads,Scorpion rockers,75mm Accufab t-body,3G,mini starter,Taurus fan,BBK long tube headers,O/R H-Pipe, Flowamaster Super 44's, deep and deeper Cobra R wheels, Mass Air and 24's,8.8 with 3.73's,140 mph speedo,Mach 1 chin spoiler,SN-95 springs,CHE control arms,aluminum drive shaft and a lot more..

Sorry but no... We would certainly know about it by now. The best you can do is eBay or salavage yard and hope you find a set with good chrome inside the lens housing. The outside lens can be polished to look new.

It's a shame there is no aftermarket support for restoration of our Birds and Cats. I do feel these cars are increasing in classic interest, but it's slow going.

There are new ones by the pair on Ebay.They run around $220.00 for the set. Someone else had a pair  for a little less,also new. Type in "Thunderbird headlights" and see what shows.
