Are these kits still available?  I checked http://www.foxthundercats.com and the link comes up invalid.

The ones at http://www.webelectricproducts.com/products.htm work just fine - STS-1. Just make sure you pay attention to more than just the first picture in their printout as signal (site says "control"), ground, lamp 1, lamp 2, lamp 3 isn't enough to wire the thing up. Ask me how I know :p

I figured out how to  wire them up but now how do you tune them, i messed with the 4 tuning screws but cant get them to secquence properly and the left signal is not working.

The leftover components to make 'em are hidden away in my garage behind 800 square feet of hardwood flooring, so if I ever do make any more it'll be a while off.

Some cybersquatter stole foxthundercats.com from me about two years ago. www.foxthundercats.net is my new domain, but no, the kits are no longer available.

Wow, you've got a really old one. Let's see if I can remember how to tune those old relay-type ones...

First, determine what type of tuning screws you have. If the actual screws are tiny metal ones, they are "multi turn" and require lots of turning to make a difference. If they're white plastic they're "single turn" and only require a small movement to make adjustments. Since most were multi turn I'll give instructions on adjusting those. If yours are single turn just modify these instructions appropriately (where I say "turn a whole lot" you only turn a bit).

Now, start the engine. The engine MUST be running to properly adjust the older style sequencers. Turn on the left signal light. At the very minimum the innermost bulb (closest to the backup light) should be flashing. If it's not you've got it wired wrong, because the sequencer has no control over the first bulb. If both the inner and center bulb are flashing, turn the adjusting screw for the center bulb CLOCKWISE until the center one stops (if the center one was already not flashing just go on to the next step). This might take several tuuns of the screw. Now turn the adjusting screw for the left center bulb COUNTER-CLOCKWISE until the center bulb starts flashing. Once the bulb starts flashing turn the multi-turn screw another turn counter-clockwise one complete turn (if single turn screw, only turn it a little bit counter-clockwise). Now the inner and center bulbs should be sequencing. If the outer bulb starts flashing as well, turn the outer bulb's screw CLOCKWISE until it stops (if it didn't start flashing just go on to the next step). Once it stops, turn the adjuster screw COUNTER-CLOCKWISE until it starts again, and then another full turn counter-clockwise. The left side should now be sequencing all three lights. Turn on the right side turn signal and repeat this procedure.
