I'm in the desert!

Made it to Palm Springs about an hour ago. It sure is hot here 98 now,and it isn't all that dry either.

Did I miss something?Why are you there? That actually looks a lot like the view from Taft California where my parents live.When it was over a hundred degrees,it was still pretty nice.When it gets over a hundred here,it's crazy hot because we get 90% humidity to go along with it.

My wife one an award at her work and this was it. all paid to Palm Springs, and here I am.

yes ill settle for a key chain. But have a good time there and share some of those scenic view pics with us.

Hmm, I'm not sure I would consider spending time in 98 degree heat an award. lol. But it's got to be better than being at work, so congrats to the boss!!

I did see a classic car lot, none of ours though. Lot of cheby's. Like every other block they have a smog station!

I'm back to the real world! Got in at 3 this morning after some airline run around. When I get my  together I will upload some neat pics,sorry no cats or birds, never seen one. lots of bmw's there. If you look at the pics there is a crown vic, got that by accident.

Nice...we were on a trip there a few years ago. I see that you went past the windmill farms. It was a little too much upscale for me there, but we had a good time.
