1986 T-bird, is this the stock engine?

EFI was standard in 1986!  Makes life easy on upgrades.

Looks like it has Turbo Coupe or Sport seats with a "conolette".

$900 OBO doesn't look too bad.  Mine was $600 w/a rod knock about 10 years ago...

Sorta................. they are part of the seat track assembly .
turbo/sport seats just bolt right to the consolette tracks .

That is part of my future plans  :D

Or you could cut the consolette off and install a full length console. That's what I did:D

"the car needs ,,,and a trany service 79.99 at jiffy lube"

This makes me a little uneasy.  Maybe he's just saying it should have the fluid changed per schedule.  Or maybe the tranny isn't working right and he thinks it can be fixed with a fluid change...

Stock seat track with the new seats bolted on.

I honestly dont think you could exceed the cost of a new car buy installing new *stock* parts everywhere in your coug our tbird. Its just plain impossible. You could revamp the entire drivetrain/engine/suspenstion and still come out ahead.
