Re: 5.0 engine swap Reply #2 – April 27, 2005, 04:48:45 PM Assuming you mean the upper bracket that bolts to the block, your only bet is the junkyard. They are a dealer only part that has been discontinued... Quote Selected
Re: 5.0 engine swap Reply #3 – April 27, 2005, 06:21:05 PM There were some up on ebay, unsure if there still there. Quote Selected
Re: 5.0 engine swap Reply #4 – May 06, 2005, 09:44:29 AM don't bother with trying to find the bracket that bolts to the engine. just goto autozone and get mounts for a '84-'92 Lincoln Mark VII. they are they same mounts known as "conv mounts"... Quote Selected
Re: 5.0 engine swap Reply #5 – May 06, 2005, 02:23:37 PM Thanks to every one for all the help. I work at autozone so i am going to check out those mounts for a Mark VII. :flip: Quote Selected

Mounts are unique to these years... Quote Selected
Re: 5.0 engine swap Reply #7 – May 11, 2005, 12:28:40 PM so, how would a feller go about getting mounts then?would a mustang k-member have to be used, and mounts, or will the k-member even fit? Quote Selected
Re: 5.0 engine swap Reply #8 – May 11, 2005, 11:10:39 PM you can swap k-members from a mustang to a t-bird but its not real easy and it would cost alot more money to do that. Quote Selected
Re: 5.0 engine swap Reply #9 – May 12, 2005, 08:17:11 AM mustang k-member bolts right up, no problem. :D Quote Selected
