Junkyard Finds 2010 January 17, 2010, 01:54:27 PM Ok guys, we had a pretty decent weather weekend here in PA so I decided to go our scrounging. Nothing really new in the one local pick a part yard with the exception of a 86 stang GT that someone converted to an Aero look. I made out good on that one. I grabbed the 5 speed pedals and low and behold i got an aluminum SVO quadrant attached to it. For the guy on here with the 80-82 Cougar here's the twin of your car. Lotsa good parts left.I had to get a picture of this. It was a 65/66 Galaxie with an FE. Someone took the engine but left the heads. I woulda loved to see em get that sucker out. Also there was one SN95 stang in there with the front spindles still on. Quote Selected

Junkyard Finds 2010 Reply #6 – January 17, 2010, 02:51:25 PM They must have had the Cougar pulled out for someone. Normally they don't have them sitting on concrete. From the looks of the mountains I thought that was it but the Cougar threw me!Have you ever been to the yard up around Leesport somewhere? Quote Selected
Junkyard Finds 2010 Reply #7 – January 17, 2010, 03:54:28 PM Yeah ive been to A-Z. Its kinda hit and miss there. Last time i was up they had a complete 87/8 T-bird 5.0 red with red sport interiorIt seems that EZ Pull is putting all the "newer" stuff up on concrete now. Makes it easier until you need that one specific part that blocked. Quote Selected
