What chassis did you use to replace the tube chassis on this one?

For right now its sitting on a super stallion, but I'm not happy with it.

Well keep us informed if you find something that works. I'd appreciate it, I have one of those kits sealed, but I wanna build a replica of my 1:1.

I have over 100 models laying around this house...  (most of them are broke now thanks to my son...  but here is one I managed to save from him.

A lot of cool stuff y'all got there!

I have a pair of Saleen S-351 kits...one, i botched the paint up, so the engine and wheels etc got used for the "saleen truck" i'm still working on...

I too was going for a fade type paint job, only from orange to yellow...the other one, I'm still undecided.

my problem is I just can't stay focused on a model long enough to make any noticeable progress. The truck I mentioned? It took me about 4 hours to set "lower" it, set the brakes and wheels to it, and mock it all up, and I literally haven't touched it since, and that was probably 2 years or more ago. lol

I love looking at all these! I used to put together models all the time when I was younger. I still have a few of them.
