My new 88 tbird sport August 24, 2009, 10:03:22 PM I bought this last week for $800. It is a sport with a 5.0L and aod. The trunck is rusted bad and the door bottoms are rusted too but may be able to be repaird. I hate the exterior color so I will repaint a nice dark metalic blue. Interior needs to be cleaned and so does the trunk carpet. My plans are to find a 7.5L and a E4OD to use ad a drivetrain. I will swap in the rear turbocoupe diff assembly with brake and also the front brakes too. I also want to get the turbocoupe nose, header pannel, hood and body side trim. Quote Selected

My new 88 tbird sport Reply #3 – August 25, 2009, 03:22:13 PM It looks to be in great shape for a Canadian car:D Please, please don't change the color. I really like that color on T-birds. If you could get it to Chicago I'd give you $900 for it;) Quote Selected

My new 88 tbird sport Reply #6 – August 25, 2009, 05:49:32 PM Great find! I like the color as well! You have found one in good shape. Even the moldings look good. My car has the typical lower door seam rust and a little rear window molding channel rust and it was always a Southern car. Quote Selected

My new 88 tbird sport Reply #13 – August 27, 2009, 09:22:08 PM I don't know. The color is to much of a chick color. Probably because the girls at work like the color. I was thinking of a deep blue color that I saw on a Toyota or Lexus suv. Quote Selected
