Ford Racing Smog Pump Eliminator Bracket M-8604-A50 (Brand New)

If you want to lose your smog pump and take a little front-end weight off of your 5.0 (or 351W), here you go. This Ford Racing Smog Pump Eliminator Bracket Idler is a direct bolt-on replacement for the stock air pump and it uses the stock serpentine belt. Fits 302s/351s (when catalytic converters are not used). They go for almost $80 in the latest Summit catalog, will sell for $50.

shiznit I paid $75 for mine at carolina mustang and still had to buy a shorter belt. stock belt was too big. the stock smog pump pulley on a tbirb is bigger than the stock pulley on a mustang.

it will work. i dont mean to bust your sale. on my car i just had to buy a $13 belt. probably could have used a new one anyway. the bolt holes and everything line up good

I'm using a Stang 5.0, so it's no big deal to me either way

Sounds good. We used a Stang 5.0 too, but we found out the eliminator wouldn't fit with a Vortech.
