What should my car run in the quarter mile?

I dont have a drag strip by me so it would be hard for me to bring my car to the track. I never had any track time experience except for alot of street use. I just wnat to know what my car would run with a good driver at the track with the following mods.. thanks

86 turbocoupe. 5 speed.

2.5inch exhaust from turbo back with no cat.
cone filter. no front sway bar and no a/c.
hurst short throw shifter.
4:10 gears.
welds wheels.
15-18lbs of boost
ranger cam
255 in tank pump.
kirban adjustable fuel regulator
rear drag springs.
full interior
no spare tire or jack.
