Complete 1985 Cougar Parts Car - Nebraska May 14, 2009, 11:48:53 PM SOLD 5-16-09The time has come to part with my first car, my 1985 Cougar GS. I'd like to see someone who appreciates these get some use out of it rather than just sending it to the recyclers, or letting it continue to sit and rot away.When parked, the car still ran and drove. I stopped driving it due to the suspension being so bad that it wasn't safe at highway speeds. The starter was giving some issues at the time as well. That was 5-6 years, and the car hasn't been started or drove since then. The trans has about 30K on a rebuild. The interior was decent, but the mice have found their way in.This one has the 3.8L V6. I'm located just west of Lincoln, NE. I'll let it go pretty cheap to anyone on the boards that can get some good use out of it.Thomas Quote Selected
