All that stuff is VERY $$$ and not covered by insurance, so we're now going the adoption route since the likelihood of a child is pretty much 100%. We'll keep trying ourselves, but being weeks from 38 (her) and 39 (me), we don't think a child of our own is in the cards... While you may not be ready for twins, be glad you have no issues...
