Finally a day of melting snow

It got above 40F finally, and though I don't think it'll stay, at least it'll melt some snow!  Can't tell by the pic, but it dropped a good foot or so the last couple days.  And I can finally get into my old trailer house.  Here's the living room.  The back room is where all the tbird parts are. :D  Just thought I'd share some Spring cheer, lol.

Nice. We've had melting temps for about a month, and today we were able to sit out on the deck and enjoy the sunshine. The brook is running, the grass is showing. Good times.

I couldn't deal with that...

We've finally had a couple decent weekends in a row here, and I'm ready for spring to hit in full.

If I had to still be looking at snow on the ground at this point in the year I might just snap.

Don't worry it can only get better now, I think it's supposed to get up to 65 here tomorrow. I can't wait till it stays warm regularly again. :hick:

last month we got hit hard by like 6-8 inches of snow... in georgia.. the world is upside down or something.  yeh it was gone in 3 days but still to look out at my cars and seeing 6-8 inches of snow on them p!ssed me off.

im ready to start dropping the top on the miata.  its slowly getting close to being bearable for up to 45 min, but then your nose feels frozen.  im glad to see you guys way up there are gettin to where you can dig yourselves out!

Reached 66 today in the afternoon. Beautiful day. Took the Cougar out for a ride. Did a little work on it in the driveway. Still lots of snow on the ground - I think we had record snow this year - taking a long time to melt!

Here in Southern CT, lately the weather has been pretty mild (50 day/30 night).  At 0530 I'm sitting on the backporch drinking my coffee, listening to the birds, and gazing at my purty car.

It was 51 when I work up at 6:05 today, and got close to 70. There hasn't been any real snow (more then 2 inches) in a couple of weeks. Yesterday my car was frosted over. So it will still throw a couple of good storms at us I think.

I honestly dont think you could exceed the cost of a new car buy installing new *stock* parts everywhere in your coug our tbird. Its just plain impossible. You could revamp the entire drivetrain/engine/suspenstion and still come out ahead.

The snow has been gone for 2 weeks here (since March started) and the 3 inches of rain we got last weekend washed away all the salt that was left on the roads. It was 65* yesterday so I figured what the hell and pulled the T-bird out of the garage, changed the oil, and took it for a spin:D . It ran good ;) Today it's supposed to be 72* so after work I'll be outside washing and waxing it for the first time this year. Then it'll be back in the garage for at least a week as it's supposed to be about 45*-50* for the next week or so with rain again :toilet: Hopefully I'll be able to drive it again in April :rollin:
