auto lock?

An 88 TC doesnt have an auto door lock feature that locks the doors as soon as the car moves does it?  Just wondering because my doors started locking after I moved it out of the shop after welding up the torque boxes and redoing all the suspension bushings.  It never locked the doors before, and I never messed with the door switches at all.  Just wondering a possible cause

Yes they do, you can turn it on and off from the keypad on the door.  I don't recall the key combo but an owners manual will have it.

auto lock combo also on the module.

The auto lock will only activate when going past N and into D.

My 84 T/c 5spd has this feature and it only does it when I take it out of reverse.

AHAA, I wondered why that wire on the bottom of the drivers seat was unhooked, lol.  I plugged it in when I put the seats back in.

I couldn't figure out why mine didn't work and it was the same problem:hick:  I discovered it when I removed the front seats to have them re-upholstered.
