1987 Super Coupe Project

Long story short, Ford didn't build a supercharged bird until 1989 and that was a mistake. So, my son and I have been working on one this fall. It just got fired up recently and my son is pretty pumped. It's not quite roadworthy yet, but certainly will be by spring time. Sorry for the B&W video. You don't even need to watch it though, just crank the volume!

I hate you all that have your V8 cars at arms reach :mad:  mine are 100 miles from here and I cant ever get there to do anything with them.  No not really  :D  sounds awesome.  here in the next few months I'll get to work on my big 4 eye cougar ;)

5.0 HO 306 roller block, machined GT-40P heads, Wiseco dished forged pistons, Eagle forged floating I-beam connecting rods, Lunati pushrods, ARP bolts, Scorpion aluminum 1.6 rockers, Comp Cams Magnum 266HR, Explorer intake, 65mm TB, MAF Conversion, 19# injectors, Ford Racing stainless P-headers, 2-1/2" cat-less exhaust w/ Flowtech Afterburner lers , SC AOD with 2800 BDR torque converter, 3.73 T-Lok rear, CHE rear control arms, full 2-1/2" frame w/1" jacking rails & seat supports, Rear disk brakes, Turbine wheels, All original interior w/ floor shift upgrade .......
Pretty much every panel on my 87 is new, rebuilt, or re constructed. :D

I like to take my v8 out and just look at for a hour or 2 :shakeass:
some times after a big race slide it out and slap it on the fender like they do in them there porno movies:rollin: but while your in AU you should get some aussie Cleavland heads

but anyways get it ready for cat jam and the T&T im hoping to bring my street/show bird and drag bird maybe budget birdcatlincstang (its kinda like manbearpig) you should be at 450 -500hp maybe, should be a good few races does what are your specs?
