window guide questions

A window is rocking when moving up and down (rotating on the y-axis of the car, assuming that axis is the imaginary line connecting the doors).  The bolts that mount the glass appear to be solidly connected, and the glass appears to be intact.

It looks like there's a bushing missing (see pic).

Questions:
Where can I get a replacement?
Is that the only place that would govern that problem?

Appears that a fox mustang piece would work. My vert had the same setup.
It's Gumby's fault.
