ANOTHER clutch installed......

After REALLY over revving the engine a month ago,I ped out the clutch at that time as well (it was glazed over)It did well in just normal driving, but when I'd try to pass someone, the engine revved up,but the clutch was slipping so bad,a Festiva could've spanked the Sport.Anyway,I pulled the tranny and all today and swapped in a new clutch, had the driveshaft balanced, and the flywheel resurfaced (took them about 45 minutes....awesome !!!).I was really happy that I didn't have to drop the whole exhaust. The driver side X-Pipe tube that goes from the header down about two feet, comes off by itself. The rest of the exhaust stays put.Anyway, the Sport is back in business.I celebrated by leaving a couple of nice black stripes a couple of blocks away.LOL.Now I can concentrate on getting the doors and front fenders on........then paint.Nothing big going on,just thought I'd share my minor news.
