Pretty much every panel on my 87 is new, rebuilt, or re constructed. :D

Bottle jacks,lift anything.
Old Grey Cat to this.88 Cat, 5.0 HO, CW mounts, mass air, CI custom cam, afr165's, Tmoss worked cobra intake, BBK shorty's,off road h pipe, magnaflow ex. T-5,spec stage 2 clutch, 8.8 373 TC trac loc, che ajustables with bullits on the rear. 11" brakes up front. +

Yeah I hear ya on that. I love my dad's old 2 ton blue Sears jack. Its from about 1985 or so I think. A buddy has a new Craftsman floor jack, also 2-ton. It could fit INSIDE mine. :laughing:
 
I'm sure theres good stuff out there, I just don't know any brands. If it were me in the same situation I'd be looking for old stuff, no joke! Old tools FTMFW.


I've got my grandfather's old 2 ton Craftsman one as well. It's green, god knows how old, beat up looking, but it works like a champ. It's also HEAVY as hell. I can barely lift the thing. I think it's all steel, heavy guage steel.
88 Thunderbird LX: 306, Edelbrock Performer heads, Comp 266HR cam, Edelbrock Performer RPM intake, bunch of other stuff.

Yeah exactly at least with this one it's almost unreasonable to pick it up at all. Eff. That!!!

Aside from the Mustang crinkle headers, still looks like it's only 150 HP...

LOL... I had to get my son to get mine out of the trunk when I bought it. I can barely move it around the garage. I must be getting old
