Got a new set of shoes....(dialup... get a beer might take awhile)

Spring is in the air, and didnt think I could go much longer with the turbines..  (getting sick of them)  so I bought a new set of rims for it, but kept the XR-7's Monochromatic theme...

Pretty-pretty-pretty....Cougs look nice in white.  Looks like it could be a factory performance edition with those wheels.

They look great on there. One little detail, removing the Stang emblem and adding a Cat to the center caps. There's another project for you.

I need four more center caps first though...  these are the factory special addition LX rims, and caps (Not repainted silver ones) and I dont want to damage them...  some nut bar collector might be looking for a factory set sometime...

my next project on the list is the HO swap first...  I will be baselining it at the track next weekend and see where it stands.

Love it.  Didn't think I would since I'm a turbine fan.  Monochromatic is the way to go.  And I like it better with the original hood.

No raised white letters?
