adjustable fuel pressure regulator

Ok so which one is a good one? I don't really need one as I doubt my combo will make more than ~270-285fwhp when I throw on the Explorer GT40 intake but I figured since I've got it apart why not stick one on;) . So any recomendations for a good one? I know I can get a Holley one for ~$60 but I don't know if that's because it's not billet aluminium or because it's a cheap product:hick:

I've heard mixed reviews of the Holley, some people said they've had problems with it leaking...I dunno.

I have an Accell adjustable regular that looks exactly like the Holley (stamped steel), I've had it for at least 5 years now and never had a problem with it.

A LOT of people are using the Kirban, you might look into it. I think it's like $75.

I've run a Holley since '01, NO problem... It also is the same one that I was using when the Nitrous system was on the car, so it's been abused a bit...

Professinal products one for 2 years no probelm runs the 30lbs injectors fine with E303 cam and E7 heads still overkill but it made my car work for a nice DD. Steeda has one for kind of cheap that i will get if i get a 2nd 5.0 car that needs one.

sorry to butt in but on topic,,,,

what is the science behind the sefi engines having a vac line anyway?

the CFI applications has a perfectly good FPR and im just curious as to what changed from the CFI 5.0 and the SEFI 5.0 with respect to the vac line.  That sucker has one hell of a wide adjustment range.

At idle manifold vac is helping "suck" the fuel from the injectors... At WOT manifold vac is near zilch, so the extra pressure keeps the injector at approx the same capacity...
