I don't know. Seems a little...um...noisy. LOL. I think mine may be a little louder though...for now. The Cat sounds awesome. Congrats to you and the Cougar. I remember when our youngest used to call my Bird the "Giddy Giddy" car. That's what it sounded like....Giddy giddy giddy giddy giddy (in a deep burble). So, when are ya moving to Oklahoma? Black cars are fun in the summer time.

Congratulations Jerry!  It does seem to idle well.  How does it rev?  What lers are you running?

Mine is a little loud for my tastes, but will stay that way until I get the turbo on it. :)

i like the exhaust note.. it probably just seems louder since it's in the garage and echoing off the walls.. once you back it out, she'll be a tad quieter

Sounds EXACTLY like it oughta sound. IMO, all blacked out cougar, or even with the bare metal finish trim, and turbines = white letter tires are a must lol. Especially with turbines. This is what these cars shoulda been! Tired a mantra as it is, it's the truth. Way too badass looking with the right combination to not have that kind of power.

power steering pump seized up..... got the bolts soaking to replace it... if I can't get it off. I may need to find another pump, pulley and (or)bracket for the car.... Buffalo weather is not kind on car bolts...

pulleys are fairly cheap at Autozone. I PM'd about the pump, and the bracket should be fine, if you have to, snap the heads off the bolts with a socket and 1/2 inch breaker bar and pull the pump.
