Sounds like a good idea on the exercise and better diet. what with the history for heart probs.
I know that since I've really been physically exerting myself in the fields this fall, I've lost a few pounds of flab I'd picked up...
As far as starting walking or jogging or something, start off slow and work up to longer distances. Awhile back, I had to walk about a mile and a half because I was too lazy to check the fuel in a tractor, and when I got back to my truck I was gasping and my heart was pounding, and I've always walked a lot up till the last year or so.
I too need to change some habits, I'm 30, and don't eat right, and don't get enough exercise.
You've got a lot to live for, make the most of it :D and good luck on this, too.
