Twin Turbo

i am looking to go big, really big.  And put a twin turbo on my 302 cougar.  I know all about having to get lower compression internals to handle the boost but does anyone know where i could get the exhaust side of things.  Or a whole kit???

I am thinking that it would have to be custom made. You might could get some exhaust manifold off of a tc or xr7 and weld them in. You should prolly try to pm andrew beetle. He is making a twin turbo 5.0

I honestly dont think you could exceed the cost of a new car buy installing new *stock* parts everywhere in your coug our tbird. Its just plain impossible. You could revamp the entire drivetrain/engine/suspenstion and still come out ahead.

Haystack has got it exactly right.  Custom... custom, custom and more custom.  There are 5.0 TT kits, but they include just the turbos and some of the plumbing.

if a 351c with 2 twinscrew blowers can be done than i have no doubt the turbos could be done. they fit in a fox stang, they will fit in a tbird...

Hmmm.  From the doors forward they're the same.  Does not make a difference.  Same chassis... everything.
