Re: What color? Reply #7 – February 11, 2005, 07:37:01 AM or black with the bird emblem painted red and maybe the lip of the rim red Quote Selected
Re: What color? Reply #8 – February 11, 2005, 10:50:08 AM I dont know if I'd do them in a powder coat. What I would do is Paint them black and use the technique that is listed on Sams' FoxThundercats. That would leave a satin finish on the surface, and black in the holes of the snowflake. That would look mean on a black car. Quote Selected

Re: What color? Reply #10 – February 11, 2005, 03:34:04 PM How about the main rim black, the outside lip and T-Bird Logo silver, and the little teeth things red. Quote Selected
Re: What color? Reply #11 – February 11, 2005, 06:53:22 PM If you are going to be painting turbine wheels like they were factory on an 88 XR-7, I have a method that works pretty well. Just before Carlisle last June, I refinished all my wheels and they turned out really good. But thats if your putting on a turbine style wheel. Quote Selected
