1988 3.8 T-bird.

Well the time has come to sell the T-bird.  I bought it at 86K, 5 years ago for two grand and now it has 121K on it and the head gaskets are being redone now.  So i think it's time for a new car. It has a 3 and 1/2in cowl hood, single flowmaster exhaust that is about 3 weeks old.  Chrome Cragar wheels( 14in). It also has the side skirts.  The interior is mostly origional. The car is in great shape for the age. The head liner is riped slightly near the rear window but very little.  The car has it dings and scratches from A-holes in parking lots but that can be expected.  It has an oil leak from what appears to be a seal. The radio is origional but the EQ is starting to go. It has the sequential lights that were put in during the winter.  I put in a fuel filter about 30 miles ago.  Tranny fluid was changed about 100 miles ago and oil was changed religiously and just changed about 200 miles ago. The plugs and wires changed about 500 miles ago.I still have the origional hood and wheels with extra lights and hood release cable which I was going to put in. The plastic was broken but I just rigged it to pull back against a bolt to open the hood. the hood has a mustang prop rod.

Why are you selling it? That is such a nice car! I would take the hood off of your hands, thats no doubt, and would love to buy the car.

After the HGs are fixed it won't have any major problems. It's just gettiong old and i won't have the time for it anymore.

Nice looking car , but I have to many already. Would love to have it as a daily driver though.
